Journal of Legal Studies Judex Praetor, Volume 2, No. 1, July 2026, presents ten scholarly articles that examine contemporary legal issues in Indonesia from diverse perspectives, encompassing personal data protection and cybercrime, corruption and public procurement, illegal levies, fisheries law enforcement, tourism law, the integration of zakat and waqf within the regional sharia economic ecosystem, innovations in court summonses, Islamic inheritance law, and the legal consequences of construction project delays. Through normative juridical, empirical-normative, statutory, conceptual, and interdisciplinary approaches, this issue highlights the challenges of law enforcement, legal certainty, accountability, justice, technological development, and institutional effectiveness in responding to evolving social and economic conditions. Collectively, the articles contribute to the development of responsive and solution-oriented legal scholarship while providing theoretical and practical insights for academics, legal practitioners, policymakers, and other stakeholders in strengthening the Indonesian legal system.
